| Our current vacancies include: | FAMILIES FIRST WORKER 1 x FULL TIME 12 MONTH POSITION - Collingwood Families First has received additional funding to provide service to families for 8 weeks after the placement prevention or reunification intervention. You will implement the family action plans and set achievable goals with families to assist them to build on new skills.

Be part of shaping the practice at Kildonan UnitingCare where we empower people to improve their lives through the provision of effective community services and addressing issues of social and economic hardship.
IPPR is a newly funded, leading edge 3yr pilot providing therapeutic assessment and intensive intervention for children and families to prevent 1st time placement or to reunify families shortly after. The service is provided by referrals from Child Protection to 0-2 &10-15 yrs or Indigenous children. As the lead agency, Kildonan provides intake and case work service and partners with Berry Street, QEC & Tweddle, Melbourne Citymission for specialist services.
