Kildonan provides a range of family services through northern and western metropolitan Melbourne, aimed at enabling families to move forward with increasing confidence in their capacity to deal with the challenges they face.

Kildonan's Strengthening Families and Families First programs focus on the needs of vulnerable families, particularly those where children's or young people's development is put at risk. The approach is on empowering families, focusing on their strengths, whilst ensuring the best interests of the young people and children involved.

The Men's Behaviour Change program caters for men with anger and violence issues. The focus is on enabling men to change whilst also supporting the partners and children involved.
