Kildonan UnitingCare is an agency of the Uniting Church in Australia and is part of the UnitingCare Victoria
and Tasmania Network. Kildonan is governed by a Board of Governance who support the organisational planning
and activities of the Chief Executive Officer and staff.

Dr Kay Stevens is the Director of Kay Stevens Consulting Pty Ltd. Dr Stevens' PhD is in critical social theory and she has
management and academic expertise in education, health, professional associations and corporate organisations in Australia and South Africa.
Dr Stevens provides consultancy services in organisational policy, planning, operations, facilitation and evaluation. |
| Ms Kate Long - Deputy Chairperson |
Kate Long is a recently retired Secondary School Principal. She has worked in scientific research at Monash University and has
taught overseas and in the Victorian government education system. She has been a teacher and an education consultant and has extensive
experience in the areas of adolescent health and welfare.

| Dr Ray Dawson - Secretary |
Dr Ray Dawson joined Kildonan's Board as a member of the Board of the former Preston Creative Living Centre.
Dr Dawson currently works for the Department of Defence and, within that capacity, has served with the United Nations.
He offers expertise in management and Church relations. He is a member of Wesley Uniting Church, Melbourne. |
| Mr Neville John - Treasurer |
Mr Neville John is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the Accounting profession,
particularly in the areas of business and financial management. Mr John provides consultancy to superannuation
trustees and small to medium enterprises, and has previous experience as a Board member for not-for-profit organisations. |
| Mr Bruce Anderson |
Mr Bruce Anderson is the Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison a career transition business focused upon assisting
companies and individuals impacted by organisational restructuring. Bruce has an extensive career in senior executive roles with
organisations such as AXA, Bendigo Bank, Transurban and Adecco. Bruce's academic qualifications include a B.Ed and MBA plus he is
a fellow of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Bruce is a member of the Ivanhoe Uniting Church, and involved in community youth initiatives, Leadership Victoria,
and the Daffyd Lewis Scholarship Trust. |
| Mr Neil Bell |
Mr Neil Bell is a lawyer with a legal practice in Melbourne and Alice Springs. He has spent most of his adult life in central
Australia but now lives in Melbourne nearer to children and grandchildren. As an MLA, his portfolios included Shadow Minister for
Health and Community Services and Shadow Attorney General. Neil is fluent in Pitjantjatjara and has associations with many indigenous
people and communities in northern Australia. He is a member of the Uniting Church and also does voluntary work for the Office of the
Public Advocate. |
| Mr Peter Boyle |
Mr Peter Boyle is an urban designer and landscape architect with experience within government and private sectors.
He is presently employed by the Department of Planning and Community Development engaged in the design, facilitation and shaping of
more sustainable and socially equitable urban environments. He is a member of St Andrew's Uniting Church, Fairfield. |

Ms Carolyn Fryer is a Director and Certified Financial Planner with an independently owned financial planning practice operating in
Victoria and Tasmania. She is a member of St Michael's Uniting Church. Ms Fryer offers expertise in finance and Church and community
relations. |
| Ms Nerida Hall |
Ms Nerida Hall has over fifteen years experience in the Australian fund management industry and has worked for some of Australia's
most successful fund managers over that time. Ms Hall has extensive knowledge in managing funds and evaluating companies in the
Australian listed equity space. Ms Hall offers expertise in finance and investment. |
